You must be at least 21 years of age and a qualified researcher, or purchasing on behalf of a research institution, university, government laboratory, or licensed commercial laboratory.
Research Use Only
All products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not for human or veterinary use, diagnostic, or therapeutic application. Full details are set out in our RUO compliance page.
Quotes and orders
Pricing is provided by quote only and is subject to change. A quote is not a binding offer until confirmed in writing by SMLabs. We reserve the right to decline any request.
Buyer responsibility
You are solely responsible for handling, storing, and disposing of these materials safely and in compliance with all applicable laws and institutional policies in your jurisdiction.
Returns and product conformity
Due to the sensitive nature of research materials, all sales are final. If a product fails to meet its stated specifications, we will replace the lot at no charge after independent verification.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, imagery, and branding, is owned by SMLabs and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SMLabs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or misuse of our products or this website.
